Very nice mat, so far has proven to be sturdy. It is thick, however, and too thick for me to place in front of my door - this should be taken into consideration if you have a screen door that opens outward as the thickness of the mat prevents my screen door from clearing the height of the mat. I have had to place the mat to the side of the door opening. Because it is a nice mat, I decided to keep it nonetheless.

This doormats are nice, but they should tell you that the back has a rubber cover, so this product is NOT biodegradable as the description says....
after some rains and more than a month of use some of the black color of the letter has fainted and fibres come out all the time, but i guess that is normal with a coconut fibre mat.
